NetOne Cellular (Pvt) Ltd has announced that it will not partner with Albun Fitness for the 2026 Honde Valley Marathon.
In a statement issued by its Public Relations Office, NetOne said it appreciated Albun Fitness for engaging the telecommunications company and providing an opportunity to explore possible collaboration around the event.
“NetOne Cellular (Pvt) Ltd wishes to advise stakeholders and members of the public that NetOne will not be partnering with Albun Fitness for the 2026 Honde Valley Marathon,” the company said.
Despite the decision, NetOne extended its best wishes to Albun Fitness and all athletes taking part in the marathon.
The telecommunications company also reaffirmed its commitment to initiatives that promote fitness, healthy communities, empowerment and national development.
“NetOne wishes Albun Fitness and all participants a successful Honde Valley Marathon and remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote fitness, healthy communities, empowerment and national development,” the company said.
The announcement clarifies NetOne’s position regarding its involvement in the 2026 event and indicates that the company will not be associated with the marathon as a partner.
The Honde Valley Marathon is expected to bring together runners and fitness enthusiasts, while promoting physical activity and community participation in the area.
