Societal decay is a very huge problem in this age and the government has taken key steps to restore some moral principles especially in relation to abuse , rape and crimes related to sexuality.
The updated instrument states that:
“For the avoidance of doubt it is declared that any person who—
being the owner or occupier of any premises, knowingly permits another person on the premises to commit rape, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, intercourse or
performing an indecent act with a young person, sodomy, bestiality or intercourse within a prohibited degree of relationship;
may be charged with being an accomplice or accessory to the commission of the crime concerned, or with kidnapping or unlawful detention, or both.”
This law is meant to discourage those who support people who commit these offenses from doing so. It also encourages whistle blowers to act .
Example:
If you allow a man to book a room in your lodge which they use to have sexual intercourse with an under 18 girl, you may be charged as an accomplice.

It’s bad to support bad habits and promote indecent behaviour on the unfortunate kids and children.I pray that those who trap others fall into their traps .Time will tell .It’s unfortunate that we are suffering yet we have vast reserves of minerals benefitting a few elite
The question that many have asked is how they know the person is underage , some have suggested that whenever there is doubt it is very important to request for IDs to ensure that such crimes are not commited.
This comes after several reports of young girls being used and taken advantage of by men who afford gifts.
