Cde Christopher Mutsvangwa has debunked many misconceptions about Zimbabwe and labelled it as a peace loving country whilst speaking at a live interview.
He called out American economist professor Steve Hanke for his bias in the inflation index and always targeting Zimbabwe’s underperformance in certain aspects of it’s economy and not in totality.
In his illustration he argued that an economy is a holistic aspect with GDP ,sectors ,Inflation ,Taxes and many other things but the Americans ignore all sectors were Zimbabwe performs well and choose only the inflation part.
He further said there are no human rights violations in Zimbabwe and advice those who are always pushing this notion to take a look at Gaza and understand what human right violations are. “We as Zimbabwe are progressing very well and the Western allies are very pissed off because we can do without them “,he said 80% of the US dollar is Zimbabwe does not come from the USA itself but comes from it’s global trade.
The former ambassador also accused CCC of negligence and not contributing anything meaningful to the country. He cited that the only human rights abuse in Zimbabwe is cholera being caused by the CCC in urban areas.
