Prominent activist Rutendo Matinyarare, has been found guilty of contempt of court in South Africa. This ruling follows his defiance of a court order by continuing to publish defamatory material against the conglomerate Innscor.
As a result, Matinyarare has been sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. His actions, which were seen as a direct challenge to the judicial process, have brought significant attention to the limits of free speech and the legal responsibilities that come with it.However, the court has suspended his sentence, providing Matinyarare with a reprieve contingent on his future conduct.
The suspension hinges on his compliance with the court’s directive to cease publishing defamatory content about Innscor. This condition emphasizes the court’s intent to uphold the rule of law while offering Matinyarare an opportunity to avoid incarceration by adhering to legal boundaries.
Rutendo was on Loveworld channel recently discussing this issue with Yvonne Katsande and pointed how there is an agenda to give people poisonous food that will gradually work against their immune system.
Loveworld founder Pastor Chris also released a documentary on the same issue of GMO foods which are causing cancer and other diseases in the population.
