In a deeply disturbing incident that has left the community of Kwekwe in shock, a local man reportedly cut off his own manhood and consumed it. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, sending waves of disbelief and concern throughout the town.
According to eyewitnesses, the man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was seen acting erratically before the incident. Neighbors reported hearing screams and rushed to the scene, only to find the man in a state of severe distress. Emergency services were called immediately, and the man was rushed to Kwekwe General Hospital, where he is currently receiving medical treatment.
Medical professionals at the hospital have described the man’s condition as critical but stable. “This is an unprecedented case,” said Dr. Tendai Moyo, the attending physician. “We are doing everything we can to stabilize him and address the severe trauma he has inflicted upon himself.”
