Goromonzi, Zimbabwe – The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at Pircy Farm, Goromonzi, on November 3, 2024.

In an audacious act, six unidentified male suspects, armed with machetes and pistols, cut through the backyard fence to gain entry. They infiltrated the kitchen through an unlocked door before assaulting the homeowners.

The robbers escaped with USD 3,000 in cash, various clothing items, two speakers, three cellphones, laptops, jewelry, groceries, and three firearms. Notably, two short guns and a pellet gun were later recovered abandoned in the backyard.

Footage from the CCTV system installed on the property captured images of the suspects, providing a vital lead.
