Trevor Dongo New Apartment

Musician Trevor Dongo, who recently lost all his belongings in a fire at his former residence, is now moving into a new apartment thanks to the generosity of well-wishers brought together by the Mahwindo Foundation.

According to the Foundation, the apartment was donated by Mudiwa Hood, Ray Mutadza, Mr Lovemore, and King Alfred. The foundation’s founder shared that she encountered no obstacles in preparing the apartment, as the donors were supportive throughout the process.

In a video shared online, Trevor Dongo’s mother is seen being shown her son’s new home. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the foundation and its donors for assisting her son during such a difficult time. Mrs Dongo revealed that while the singer sustained physical injuries from the fire, he is also emotionally devastated, having lost possessions he had worked hard to acquire.

The Fire Incident

Trevor Dongo lost his previous apartment in a fire a few weeks ago. According to reports, the fire was allegedly started by one of his romantic partners after catching him cheating. Witnesses at the scene claimed two women were fighting over the musician when the incident occurred.

Dongo, who stated he was not at home when the fire broke out, rushed back in an attempt to save some of his belongings and sustained burn injuries in the process. He later released a statement denying the circulating rumours and accusing bloggers of spreading falsehoods about the cause of the fire.

The singer raised concern among fans when he hinted at suicidal thoughts in the aftermath of the incident. He is currently receiving medical treatment and is said to be on the road to recovery.
