Extracity Luxury has issued a public notice addressing a video currently circulating on social media, which shows one of its buses maneuvering around a large pothole along the Bulawayo–Victoria Falls route. The company states it had no part in the recording or dissemination of the footage.
In a statement released by management, Extracity clarified that the individuals responsible for the video are not affiliated with the company, nor were they authorized to use its branding for any such content. The firm emphasized that it neither filmed nor endorsed the material.
Responding to public concerns, Extracity reaffirmed its commitment to professional conduct and distanced itself from any actions that may be interpreted as undermining government infrastructure efforts. The company acknowledged that rehabilitation plans for the affected road are already underway.
