This is one of other married women he sleeps with

Dairiboard is in the eye of a storm amid serious allegations stating that its Chief Commercial Officer, Trymore Chikomo is implicated in alleged sexual harassment and coercive romantic relationships with female customers claims that also point to favoritism in product supply.

According to multiple accounts from people who requested anonymity due to fear of reprisal, Chikomo allegedly used his position to initiate or maintain relationships with female customers, reportedly in exchange for access to Dairiboard products, which are described as difficult to obtain particularly for customers operating outside formal arrangements.

One customer, who asked not to be named, said she became a victim after a breakup with Chikomo and what she described as subsequent cutoffs in product supply.

“I became pregnant for him and when the relationship went sour, product supply was cut and I was a victim,” said the source.

The customer further alleged that the fallout from these relationships has been severe, including health and financial consequences.

“Some female customers and staff members have been forced to terminate pregnancies.”

The allegations paint a pattern in which Chikomo is accused of exploiting a power imbalance between an executive controlling commercial access and customers with limited leverage—especially those considered “informal” by the company or the market.

In such a system, critics argue, the ability to receive Dairiboard products can become a form of pressure: customers may feel compelled to comply with unwanted advances in order to secure supplies they otherwise struggle to obtain.

The situation has escalated beyond Chikomo, with further claims that he enjoys unfettered protection from Dairiboard CEO Mercy Ndoro who Chikomo is also accused of having a romantic relationship with.

This new layer of allegations suggests that internal oversight may have been compromised, allowing misconduct to persist without accountability.

Dairiboard had not issued a public statement addressing the allegations or the claims of retaliation through product supply cutoffs.
