DJ Olla7 has shared a press release disassociating himself with a perfume business he launched the same day he launched his podcast in Harare together with a South African based Zimbabwean businessman popularly known as VK Lion Heart.
Just a few months ago, VK bought DJ Olla7 a set of audio capturing equipment for the podcast, in less than a month Olla7 launched the podcast at a Hotel in Harare where he (VK) was present and made a public appearance with the perfume brand “2Kings” which was a business venture for the 2.
In a statement Ollah Wrote:
I wish to officially announce my complete disassociation from the 2 Kings Perfume brand. After careful consideration and reflection, I have decided to sever all ties with the aforementioned brand, with immediate effect.
This decision is based on a misalignment of values, vision and ethical considerations that impacted the collaborative synergy and long-term viability of the partnership. It is important for me to uphold a standard of integrity and authenticity in all my associations, and regrettably, this no longer aligns with the direction of the brand.
I want to clarify that this disassociation is a personal choice, and it does not reflect on any other entities or individuals connected with the brand. While we part ways with the 2 Kings Perfume brand, I wish them success in their future endeavors. Moving forward, I remain committed to maintaining a reputation built on trust, credibility and ethical conduct. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my decision in this matter.

I have taken note of DJ Ollah 7’s press release concerning his disassociation with Two Kings Perfume. I accept this decision as it is based on mutual business decisions. I however in the same vein would want to sincerely thank DJ Ollah (DJ Venyika) for all his input and ideas in the birth of this brand. He remains a brother and a comrade in the struggle to empower and equip our beloved audience.
I personally do not wish to cast aspersions on his character and integrity in any way as it is uncalled for and not brotherly. We have a moral duty to uphold one another and be the best examples that we can be.
The two kings perfume brand shall remain on the market. I humbly thank you for your continued support.
