Diaspora Productions and Tafara entertainment in collaboration with World Remit is thrilled to present a series of highly-anticipated musical shows, showcasing an array of artists and performers to entertain and engage the diasporan community this holiday season. The festivities will begin on December 26th at Baab el Salaam in Manchester and continue on December 30th at K Venue in Leicester, with a grand New Year’s Eve event to follow at a soon-to-be-revealed location.
The lineup features acclaimed artists such as Feli Nandi, Eliseu Meneses from Mozambique, Tebsa de DJ from South Africa, and popular Zimbabwean musicians including Master H, Bagga, Hwindi President, and Boi Shona. The soon to be confirmed venue for the new year show will also feature a surprise addition with Gemma and a prominent female artist from Zimbabwe.
Diaspora Productions has secured partnerships with remittance companies, insurance providers, and media organizations. Additionally, the organizers are open to potential sponsors looking to join the festivities. The events, scheduled to cater to homesick diasporans, have been planned based on community input.
Please note that conflicting circumstances prevent the previously advertised artist, Baba Harare, from appearing at the shows. Resolutions are being pursued, and any updates will be communicated accordingly.
