Journalist Hopewell Chin,ono exchanged words with prophet Passion Java after he questioned the actions of president ED Mnangagwa.
In a video posted on social media, the president was bragging about how the ministry of information is instrumental and vital in lying to the people whilst spreading government propaganda. This did not sit well with Hopewell as he blatantly called out the president and his actions
Prophet Passion Java who is proud supporter of the president decided to attack the journalist with some vulgar word and the journalist responded. This is not the first time these two have crossed paths. Hopewell has called him out as a fake prophet and a charlatan who steals from people using the name of God whilst on the other hand the prophet has responded with insults.
There is however a concerning message in what the president said in his speech, he was acting in a comic way but seemed not to know the name of the ministry of information and bragged about government propaganda.
