Former Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat is set to join Zimbabwean giants Dynamos FC.

Billiat might be making his much-awaited return to competitive football after struggling to find a new team after dumping Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs in 2023.

Khama Billiat is set to complete his move today, according to reports. H.Metro has it that the deal looks ‘done and dusted.’ Khama Billiat’s return to Zimbabwe came after he failed to attract interest from several DStv Premier League clubs, including SuperSport United, Cape Town City, and Richards Bay.

Billiat reportedly sent his camp to contact the club after showing interest in signing him. The 33-year-old will be Zimbabwe’s highest-paid Premier League star. The Harare giants hope the star will be available for the season-opening Castle Challenge Cup.

Against the news, Khama Billiat and his agents have yet to confirm the news that has since thrust the theme into the top trends. The source confirmed that Billiat will wear jersey number 12 at the club.

Rumour mill has it that former Orlando Pirates star Kuda Mahachi is also keen to join Billiat at Dynamos. Mahachi parted ways with West African giants Medeama five months into his contract.
