A video circulating of a Harare motorist who attacked city park workers after a disagreement has sparked mixed feelings. The motorists attacked the woman who works at City parking after punching the male workers.
By standers say his car was clamped with no clear explanation and the workers informed him to pay the bill. The motorist was infuriated with this gesture and decided to charge towards these two city park workers.
Whilst many admit that actions by city Park workers can sometimes trigger anger , beating a woman who is doing her work is never justifiable.
Many bad reports have been witnessed on social media about the exorbitant fees and behavior that these workers exhibit in their daily conduction of work. It is very important for the city council to look into these matters and solve them.
Another issue facing the city park is the leadership crisis created in the CCC where mayors are constantly changing and nature of work is always compromised.
This incident is a reminder to motorists to never let their emotions get the best of them as the law is brutal and ruthless in instances of violence.
