The Oliver Mtukudzi International Festival of the Arts, a highly anticipated tribute to the legendary Zimbabwean musician Oliver Mtukudzi, is making waves not just for its celebration of Tuku’s enduring legacy, but also for its unexpected and controversial omission of his daughter, Selmor Mtukudzi, from the lineup.
