Shadhaya made a controversial statement stating that people who use their mother’s surnames are a representation of the failures of their mother. This message has not been accepted well with many of his followers as it is a reality in today’s society.

One followerhad this to say:

Shadaya Munin’ina, Warasika zvako.

Insulting all the kids that use their mothers last names kuti vana amai vavo Mahure is crazy business.

Is it a choice yemwana?ndiye here akazvisarudza? i have so much respect for you. take it back bro

Shadhaya remained adamant on his idea and replied by saying:

You’re the one insinuating I insulted anyone

I simply stated that, if you use your mother’s name, chances are high that she doesn’t know who the father was or she was a booty call/side chick/one night stand

Rarely do men deny children they planned or with women they loved

Which part was anyone insulted. If anyone feels insulted, maybe they need to ask their mother the reason why they don’t use their father’s name

And if they know their father ask the father too why they’re not using his name

No feelings, just facts

Whilst others were not objecting for this message they had this to say:

I think people are struggling to reconcile the fact that our society says the mother should be respected and rightly so, and the fact that some of those mothers used to be girls too, and some of them were very wild and looking at them now you wouldn’t imagine that but it’s true.

You must be perfect. With a perfect mom and dad.
You will also have a perfect family
Otherwise, why punch below the belt like this.
Mistakes happen in life, Sir!
Hope all these things u talk about dont happen to a person u care about!
