Silent Killer waa manhandled from the stage last night . Reports are saying this was after he refused to let the mic go when his time was up, singing ‘takatyora mabhanditi’ a diss song to Seh Calaz.
The crowd was having nothing of this as they showed they were on mubhadhiti’s side, chanting the song ‘siyanai naye Tawanda ‘
Beer and drinks cans started raining towards Killer T with the artist being manhandled off the stage. She Calaz on the other hand had to momentarily leave the stage as there was too much commotion.
On the brighter side Mbida D won the cup clash worth a Mercedes Benz whilst Zim Pogba lost out.
Social media personality Shadhaya had this to say about Silent Killer’s issue:
If anyone is to be blamed for Silent K!ller getting booed, canned and manhandled off stage at the Zimdancehall Fest, it is definitely not Calaz, but each and everyone of you (on social media) who overhyped a drug addict and convinced him he can actually sing.
And it got even worse with heartless promoters who saw it as a chance to capitalize even, inviting him to the UK to parade him as a clown. Even radio, tv and podcasts were in on it too.
He was our Zim version of Skomota. But the truth is, at the end of the day, we have to face reality, those people who booed, canned and manhandled him off stage are not bored ama2k with nothing to do other than Tik Tok, those are actually fans of the genre, they felt disrespected seeing him pull a mockery of their beloved genre. If anything, we need to be honest, let us take this man to rehab
