Fake interim SG exposed in court : a narration by Ostallos Siziba
- Fellow citizens, we sat in court today, as represented by our lawyer, @obeyshava1 , to submit our responses in a case involving the imposter Sengezo Tshabangu, who continues to reek havoc, wearing stolen robes he doesn’t fit.
Whereas we took great comfort in the substantiated arguments of our legal representatives, it was yet again a sad witnessing comical & embarrassing lengths the regime and its associates in broader society are willing to go.
- It became embarrassingly clear that Sengezo Tshabangu brought before State institutions such as Parliament and ZEC, a poorly edited reproduction of the MDCA constitution.
It was only today, that we were introduced to the absurdity that this reproduced constitution of the MDC, is for a party called CCC, which according to the alleged article 1.2, has an index finger pointing upwards, as it’s political symbol.
This is a different party from the CCC which participated in the 2023 using its leader and Presidential candidate’s image as it’s symbol.
- There was an equally comical attempt to represent CCC, as a constitution, or reincarnation of the MDC-A party.
Though our reservations to that lawfare are well documented, it is a reality that the Harare regime captured the MDC-A party and gave it to Douglas Mwonzora.
Though we have no interest in checking how it is faring, we take notice of Tshabangu’s creativity in identifying his claimed authority as having been born out of the MDC-A which was in any case nullified by the courts.
If anything, we take notice of Tshabangu’s new claim that he is effectively an Interim SG for the MDC-A party, and can only wish him well in his futile endeavor.
- However, the absurdity of Tshabangu’s exposing claims in court today only seek further to ridicule state institutions that have acted on his claims.

How does someone who, in essence, claim to the SG of the MDC-ALLIANCE party reserve the right to recall representatives of a distinct party?
This monumental fraud is an indictment on the leadership of this country, seeing that an absolute imposter can cause fake and illegal by-elections, using a fake constitution, while milking taxpayers of atleast 5 million dollars, in a country without power supply, with decapitating infrastructure, extreme poverty, and a health system struggling to respond to archaic diseases such as cholera and typhoid?
- Those, both home and abroad, who have aided this senseless expedition should sink their heads in shame.
We reemphasizes without any equivocation that:
- We are the CCC party, a voluntary organization with its own systems of operation.
- We have no position of SG in our party, either on an interim basis or otherwise.
- Our leader is Advocate Nelson Chamisa, who enjoys the support of millions of citizens of our country, here home and abroad.
- We formed a NEW MOVEMENT CALLED CCC, after extensive consultations with the citizens, as a direct response to the need to do so
- Tshabangu is NOT a member of our party. Everything he has said and purported to do on behalf of CCC remains a legal nullity. We will forever exercise our right to challenge and expose this illegality and brazen acts of criminality.
